Screen Visitors
With Visitly, you can configure additional custom fields on the sign in form. The fields can be a simple Yes/No fields to ask if the visitor has been to one of the highly affected locations or if they have been experiencing any of the common symptoms. There is no limit to the number of fields you can configure and can choose from Radio Button, Drop down, dates, number, text fields. Instant Alerts and Notifications
Once you configure the watchlist criteria on Visitly, you can configure instant alerts using SMS, Email, Google Hangouts, Slack etc. to your host or employees to review and screen the visitor before allowing them into the facility. Your administrators can view the visitors “In Review” and Approve or Decline based on the screening outcome. Sign Safety Agreements
With Visitly’s document signing feature, you can add additional safety agreements during sign in process. Visitors can read and accept the safety agreements and make sure they adhere to it. Your visitors can also receive a copy of the signed safety procedure agreement to make sure they follow the process at all times.
