How does Envoy pricing compare with Visitly?
Envoy Premium is $362 per location per month, billed annually ($4,344 a year). Visitly, with screening, is $2,000 per location per year, about $167 a month. Envoy keeps blocklists, ID scan and access-control integration in Enterprise, at a custom price. At that price Visitly includes watchlist and photo ID screening, facial recognition for returning visitors, the Advanced Badge Designer and a real-time presence dashboard. How does SSO work on Visitly?
SAML 2.0 single sign-on with MFA as standard, through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, PingOne, Google Workspace or ADFS. Multi-IdP, directory sync and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are available. The SSO cutover takes a couple of days.
Will our existing iPads and printers work?
Yes. Visitly runs on the iPads you already own and works with Zebra and Epson badge printers. If you'd rather not source hardware, we sell hardware bundles. Pricing is per location, not per device.
What happens to our existing Envoy contract during the migration?
Switch Assist runs a pilot and a parallel window, so you don't cancel Envoy on day one. You can time the cutover to your Envoy renewal date.
Can we get the SOC 2 Type II report and BAA before signing?
Yes. Visitly holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. The SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability, CAIQ Lite v4, pen test summary and HIPAA BAA are available under NDA in one Trust Center request. The DPA template and sub-processor list are published.
