"In 2025, Proxyclick became Eptura Visitor." Visitor management is now one of six products in Eptura's workplace suite. It is sold on Advanced and Power tiers with no published price, and access-control integration sits on Power.
A PSG-backed group built by acquisition. On Sign In App, SSO and SCIM arrive at the Pro plan, £1,255 per site per year, and enterprise pricing is quote-only. Capterra rates its support 4.9/5.
A workplace platform covering visitors, desks, rooms, mailroom and more. SSO starts at Premium, $362 per location per month billed annually; ID scanning, blocklist screening and access-control integration are Enterprise-only.
ilobby.com now redirects to FacilityOS, a modular facility platform. VisitorOS starts at $225 a month, EmergencyOS Corporate at $275 and SecurityOS at $199, each priced separately. An MDM-enrolled iPad is included.
"AI-driven VMS & PIAM Software", sold through integrators and partners. Pricing is quote-only with a proof of concept, and it offers cloud or on-premise deployment.
The Receptionist for iPad is now part of Sign In Solutions, which also owns Sign In App, Traction Guest and SwipedOn. Its own FAQ says it is planning to move Receptionist customers to the appropriate Sign In Solutions product, and its home page now offers a Sign In App trial.

Questions buyers ask when comparing visitor management platforms
What happened to Proxyclick?
Proxyclick became Eptura Visitor in 2025 and is now one of six products in Eptura's workplace suite (eptura.com/proxyclick, verified Sept 30, 2026).
How much does Proxyclick (Eptura Visitor) cost?
Eptura lists Advanced and Power tiers and asks you to request a quote (eptura.com/pricing, verified Sept 30, 2026). Visitly publishes its prices: Starter $1,000 and Business $2,000 per location per year, with Enterprise as a custom quote.
Is Visitly an alternative to The Receptionist, LobbyTrack or Vizmo?
Yes. Visitly replaces any sign-in app, kiosk or paper logbook. The Receptionist says it plans to move its customers to a Sign In Solutions product (thereceptionist.com/the-future, verified Oct 6, 2026), so if you are being migrated anyway, compare first. We haven't published verified profiles of LobbyTrack or Vizmo, so compare them on the questions above: where SSO and screening sit, what hardware you must buy, and how fast a check-in is.
Is Sign In Solutions the same as Sign In App?
Sign In Solutions is the group that owns Sign In App, Traction Guest and SwipedOn (signinsolutions.com/about-us, verified Sept 30, 2026). Ask which product and which contract you are being quoted.
Can we see Visitly's security documents before signing?
Yes. Visitly holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. The DPA template and sub-processor list are published; the SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability and HIPAA BAA are available under NDA through one Trust Center request.
