Hospital visitor management. Know who's in every hospital and site, at every moment.
An unknown visitor on a clinical floor is a security, privacy and survey problem. Visitly screens every visitor against your watchlist, badges them in under 30 seconds, and shows who is on site at every hospital. Works with Epic and Cerner.

Every unknown visitor is a risk you answer for.
Visitly closes each gap, at every entrance, in every hospital.
Stop the wrong visitor at the door, at every hospital.
Works with Epic and Cerner.
Visitly works with Epic and Cerner. The exact scope depends on your EHR's capabilities and how it is deployed, so we map it with your EHR and IT teams before rollout. Visitor records stay under your retention settings, role-based access and BAA.
One policy, every hospital.
Visitor records that support your HIPAA program.
Reception handles the exceptions, not the routine.
Visitors check in on a multilingual iPad kiosk or their own phone; pre-registered guests scan a QR invite. Hosts get a Teams, Slack, SMS or email alert. Contractors accept zone PPE and hazard rules first. Runs on iPads you own.
Questions hospital security and compliance teams ask
1. Will Visitly sign a HIPAA BAA?
Yes. A BAA is available and executed at contract, with a signed DPA. Visitly supports your HIPAA program with retention you set, role-based access and audit exports; your organization owns the program. The DPA template and sub-processor list are published.
2. Does Visitly work with Epic or Cerner?
Yes. Visitly works with Epic and Cerner. The exact scope depends on your EHR's capabilities and how it is deployed, so we confirm it with your EHR and IT teams before rollout. Visitor records stay under your retention settings and role-based access.
3. Can we stop someone barred from one hospital at every other site?
Yes. Every check-in at every site on your account is screened against the watchlist you maintain. A match notifies security, gives the front desk a deny-entry or escort-required decision, and can block the check-in automatically.
4. How long are visitor records kept?
You set retention per tenant. You decide how long audit events and visitor personal data are kept, and Visitly applies that policy without imposing a period of its own. Legal hold is available.
5. Who in our organization can see visitor records?
Only the people you authorize. Access to visitor records is role-based, so front-desk staff, site admins and security see what their role allows, and every check-in and change is written to the audit log.
6. What can we hand our Joint Commission or OCR reviewer?
A time-stamped record of who visited which site, when, whom they saw and what they signed, searchable and exportable for the dates the reviewer asks about. Your compliance team decides what evidence the review needs.
7. How are clinical staff told their visitor has arrived?
Hosts are notified the moment their visitor checks in, in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Chat, Webex, SMS or email. Visitors can also sign an NDA or answer your screening questions as part of check-in.
8. Do we need new hardware, and how long does rollout take?
Visitly runs on iPads and Zebra or Epson badge printers you already own, or a Visitly hardware bundle. A basic setup takes under an hour, and integrations such as the SSO cutover take a couple of days; multi-site rollouts take from one week to one month, and most start with a pilot at 1 to 5 sites.
Start with 1–5 sites. Roll out to every site.
One watchlist and a live record of who is on site, the same at every location. Pilot a few sites with a defined end date, then decide how to scale.
